Eligibility Criteria for the AFCAT 2018 Exam:-

Flying Branch Officer –

  • The candidates must have done B.E/B.Tech or its equivalent degree from a recognised university or institute in which they must have secured at least 60% marks.
  • Candidates can also have a Graduation degree (Physics and maths subject) with at least 60% marks in their intermediate class.
  • Candidates must have at least an age of 20 years and at most an age of 24 years.

Technical Branch Officer –

  • Candidates must have cleared the Sections A & B of Aeronautical Society of India or they can also be qualified in Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers with at least 60% marks or they can also have  four years Bachelor Degree Programme.
  • Candidates  must have lie between 20 to 26 years.

Ground Duty Officer –

  • For Account Posts – The candidates must have a PG (Post-Graduation) degree in any discipline.
  • For Education Posts – The candidates must have a PG (Post-Graduation) degree with min. 50% marks.
  • For Administration and Logistics Posts – The candidates must have a PG (Post-Graduation) degree with min. 50% marks.
  • Candidates  must have lie between 20 to 26 years.

How to apply for AFCAT 2019 Exam:

  • First of all, register yourself and then click on the option Login to apply online.
  • After logging into the site, the candidates can fill the form of their desired post.
  • Then they must go got payment process (fees) and finish the procedure.

Selection Process –

The candidates will first have to appear in the AFCAT 2019 Exam. Then the qualified candidates of the will be called for the other process.

Stage I – It includes intelligence test and other tests. Then those who will qualify will appear in Stage II.

Stage II – It includes Psychological, Group Tests and also Interview sessions.

Stage III  (for Flying Branch Post) – CPSS (stands for Computerised Pilot Selection System) will be administered to the eligible candidates. This test is considered as Once in a Lifetime test.
